Our Story
It started with
one flavor.
I grew up in India. Kesar rabdi — slow-cooked milk with saffron, cardamom, and pistachio — was the flavor of every celebration, every grandmother's kitchen. When I moved away, that flavor didn't follow.
So I tried to recreate it. I put real saffron and cardamom into overnight oats made with ancient grains. It worked. And then the idea got bigger: if I could do this for rabdi, why not for every flavor someone misses or has never tried?
