Orders ship within 2 business days from our facility. Standard shipping takes 3–5 business days within the continental US.

Subscription orders ship automatically on your schedule — you’ll get an email a few days before each delivery so you can skip or swap flavors.

Free standard shipping on orders over $35 and on all subscription deliveries.

If your oats arrive damaged or something isn’t right, write to us within 30 days and we’ll make it right — replacement or refund, your choice.

Because our products are food, we can’t accept physical returns. Don’t ship anything back; a photo of the issue is all we need.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Skip a delivery, pause, or cancel anytime from your account — no fees, no phone calls, no guilt trips.

Changes made at least 3 days before your next delivery date take effect on that delivery.
