We ship within the United States. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or events beyond our control.

Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@oatsy.com and we will make it right.
